This is intended for individuals who are new to electronic investigations and needs to become effective and be well-versed in the digital evidence collection process and methodology.

This course would also suit investigators (both legal and corporate) who need to collect digital evidence in the field. As this course provides hands-on exercises it will give you the experience and confidence to collect digital evidence in a variety of situations.

Prerequisites: The following key skills are recommended:

* Start the computer and navigate the Desktop.
* Use Windows Explorer to create directories and subdirectories; and move, copy, or rename files and directories.
* Use Internet Explorer to view websites.
